Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% after 30 days.

Returns and Refunds: Please contact the Main Office to request consent and authorization before returns and returns. The buyer is responsible for the stocking fee (15%) plus the cost of delivery. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to inspection. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit upon approval of the return.

Warranty Information: Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with the product. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear damages.
