Accepted Payment Methods

Cash: We accept cash payments for in-store purchases. Please ensure that cash transactions are accurate, and our staff will provide you with a receipt.

Credit and Debit Cards: We welcome major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and others. All Credit Card and Debit Card payments will be charged a convenience fee of 3.6%. Our point-of-sale (POS) systems are secure for card transactions.

Mobile Payments: You can use mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and other digital wallets for your convenience. For payments via Zelle please use our email, structuralsteel21@outlook.com.

Checks: We accept personal and business checks. However, we reserve the right to verify the check and request valid identification before processing the payment.

Bank Transfers and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Bank transfers and EFT payments are accepted. Our bank details will be provided upon request for these transactions. All ACH payments will be charged a convenience fee of 2%.

Purchase Orders and Invoicing

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from qualified business customers. Please contact our sales department for information on how to place orders using this method.

Invoicing: For established business customers with credit accounts, we provide invoices with agreed-upon terms. Timely payment is expected as per the agreed credit terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds: Our return and refund policy applies to all payment methods. Please contact the Main Office to request consent and authorization before returns and returns. The buyer is responsible for the stocking fee (15%) plus the cost of delivery. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to inspection. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit upon approval of the return.
